What I Ate Wednesday #93 + Happy Halloween!

WIAW: What I Ate Wednesday Spooky Snacks and Healthy Halloween Treats

[breakfast] scrambled eggs, hot sauce, mozzarella and leftover roasted garlic and caramelized onion mashed cauliflower [recipe] black coffee and a banana  [snack] 1/2 sweet potato skin with cheddar and green onion [lunch] butternut squash cheese fries [recipe]  [snack] peanut butter pretzels [dinner] leftover pumpkin black bean tacos [recipe] and another, rather large, handful of peanut butter pretzels  *swoon*

Hookay soo... I have cah-razy writer's block right now.  I blame wasting all my energy on the gym, all-day text-a-thons with the besties and the pilot and the fact that I've been tearing through the mile-high stack of books I ordered from amazon this month.  Plus I really, really miss my husband right now.  Oh yes, I'm whining.  Not to worry!  I'll be running around in circles squealing before you know it.  Yet since I'm as boring as can be right now, show me what you've been up to! <3

  1. The sweet potato looks so yummy. Many of my posts have been short lately due to working out. It's hard to put that much energy in two places. :-)

  2. Girl, I hear you on missing your hubby! Whenever my husband is TDY I also order a crapload of books from Amazon, but despite all the reading material, it's hard not to miss the menfolk like woah. Hope you have a fabulous Halloween - here's to being one day closer to the Pilot coming home!

  4. You might feel boring, but at least your food looks delish?

I wish I would focus on doing all of the things you are doing instead of writing. I need to spend more time reading and less time writing some days...
