my random road trip day of eats!
[mini-breakfast] black coffee and a banana [snack] crunchmaster gluten-free crackers and roasted red pepper hummus [lunch] falafel platter: baba ganoush, hummus, greek salad and falafel with unsweet tea and a few crinkle cut french fries [dinner] whole foods hot bar! tomato pizza and a hot bar box full of chickpea salad, curry cauliflower, rosemary thyme smashed potatoes, maple carrots and garlic green beans, and water [dessert] a few squares of Ghiradelli Sea Salt Soiree and a magic hat "Ourtoberfest" brew.
Since our theme this month is spooky snacks and healthy Halloween treats [or basically any healthy fall eats you want to toss our way!], here's a few fall recipes to get ya started!
