So fall doesn't *technically* start until September 22 but... I'm jumping the gun. It's what I do. I get excited, over-exaggerate, and do crazy things like abandon ship on summer and jump straight into fall. Bear with me here =) Why the leap? Well, I also wanted to take a jump on something we put off until the new year. Resolutions! So for the new What I Ate Wednesday theme, lets make a few goals and FALL into good habits this month. You set the pace! Pick a few small goals or one big one, and embrace some healthy changes in your life! They can be as simple as eating more veggies or as big as running an upcoming race! Maybe you want to read more books or find a way to streamline your daily routine. Or de-stress your mornings... cook more meals from scratch... or even start a new fitness routine. Anything goes!
So whip up a post with your standard WIAW day of eats, sprinkle in a few goals + aspirations, and have fun!
