ReplyDeleteHave fun in NY! I can't wait to try your mashed cauliflower recipe - I've been looking for a recipe for a while, but I've always been nervous to try it. The addition of the onion and garlic seems wonderful though - I might even try it tonight!
ReplyDeleteI tried the sweet potato & it was DELISH! I made a few changes because I don't like black beans. I used black olives & just the cheese I had on hand. LOVE!!

ReplyDeleteI make a meal with Jersey sweet potatoes, beans, and veggies almost every week, but yours looks awesome! I'll have to try the lentil tacos soon; I never thought to use them like that! Have fun!
