Has anyone seen my memory? I can't find it! I've taken photos of nearly everything I've been eating lately but b/c they're all mixed up on two different cameras and my phone... I don't know which is which to save my life. I can't recall one full day of eats so.... Let's Franken-WIAW this! I'm "stitching" together highlights from the last week or so to share this Wed. A few of you already do week-long recaps so count me in too!
WIA... Here and There.
[Clockwise from top left] Love Grown Raisin Almond Granola w/ Plain Greek Yogurt. Dunkin Donuts' Egg White Veggie Flatbread. Snowflake Bark [recipe]. Ginger Salad. KC + Dragon Roll Sushi. Spring Mix + Veggie Salad w/ Ranch. Microwavable Box-o-Edamame. Grocery Store Hawaiian Roll. LG Granola + Greek w/ Yogi Kombucha Green Tea. [End of Highlight Reel <3]
and while I'm working on my food recall skills, let me just tell you how utterly amazing my dinner was last night! =) Thanks to my favorite jarred sauce of all time. I could drink this stuff! Dave's Gourmet Red Heirloom Tomato Sauce reminds me of a marghaerita pizza [esp if you sprinkle a teeny bit of parm on top!] and is, in my opinion, well worth the hefty price tag. I stock up on it at TJ Maxx and Marshalls since its 4.99 instead of the typical $8 grocery store price. Whole Foods and Harris Teeter carry it too. I just think it beats the pants off anything else out there and had to share the love =)
and because I didn't actually eat the jar of sauce for dinner...
Roasted Spaghetti Squash with Mashed Cauliflower + Cheesy Ravioli + Garlicky Mushrooms w/ Dave's Gourmet Red Heirloom Sauce. Yes I made this just for myself. Yes I licked the plate clean. You know you would have too! =) SoOoOooo GOOD!
So what has you licking your plate clean lately?
I'd love to see a day in the life of you! Meals, snacks, drinks - anything you'd like to share!

I blame the holidays for my scatter-brained behavior. :)

Especially when you get a little help from the store! ;) I've seen that sauce at the Maxx before...I'll have to check it out! Have you ever tried Chef Ricardo's line of sauces? http://chefricardo.foodoro.com/products/tomato-sauce-mix--match-3-pack-26-oz-ea Their Mucho Macho rocks my world!
