wHappy WIAW darlings! Don't judge... but I totally got wrapped up in shopping and accidentally skipped lunch. Luckily I made up for it with two protein rich snacks and one heck of a dinner! I try to avoid skipping meals at all costs b/c I'm pretty cranky with an empty stomach. Haha, also, I like to keep my metabolism a well fed and well oiled machine =) So here's a little "oops" day to hold you over. If I get any comments asking why I ate yogurt for lunch I'll know you didn't read this =) Haha you've been warned! <3

I hate skipping meals! My eating schedule has gone haywire ever since I started this new job. Weird hours without breaks! I need to eat every few hours or I feel light headed. Needless to say, I've lost two pounds in a week. While working at a restaurant. hmmm.....

ReplyDeleteI'll occasionally skip meals when I'm busy and literally have no time to sit down! The past two days are a perfect example (which is why I'm not linking up...but I'll definitely be back next week!): I've been waking up, hitting the gym, babysitting all day, rushing to class, then staying in the library until the wee hours of the morning (it's finals time!). This means LOTS of snacks and very few real meals. :-( I'll make up for it once the semester is over!
Kit Kat's are pretty amazing...I just bought two bags of Easter candy today. Uh oh! :-p Happy WIAW!!

ReplyDeleteLove that your day posted isn't necessarily a perfect day. I do skip meals especially lunch due to my work schedule and I never feel good/those days are never my best food or mood days. One of these days I'll snap my pictures and participate.

I can't say I accidentally skip meals...I'm usually thinking about food all the time! I have skipped meals when I can't get to food fast enough or something is scheduled in the way...that's really it!
